    FAQ
    Do I need OptiFine for a banner cape?

    Yes. OptiFine banner capes come with an OptiFine cape (a US$10 donation on optifine.net), and players see them if they use OptiFine or a client that shows OptiFine capes, like Lunar, Badlion or LabyMod. Vanilla Minecraft does not show them.

    Where can I use a PNG cape?

    Upload it on MinecraftCapes or Cosmetica (both free) or as a LabyMod custom cloak. Players see it if they use the same mod or client. You can't turn it into an official Minecraft cape.

    Is the Cape Maker free?

    Yes. Both makers are free, with no account needed. Your PNG drawing is kept in this browser so you can come back to it.

    Is my cape uploaded anywhere?

    No. Everything is made in your browser. Nothing is sent to PVPRP until you download the PNG or copy the link yourself.
